Our goal is to assist you in regaining control of your health and well-being.  All of our herbs are packaged fresh at the time of the order.  We do accept returns within a 30-day window of time from the date of the purchase and only for unopened containers and pouches.  The shipping costs for the return of the products is at the discretion of the customer, and every returned package must have a pre-assigned RMA number, which can be acquired by contacting us in advance.
